Complaints:

To comply with GDPR, Board members, members of its’ Executive and sub-groups are asked to securely dispose of all papers and reports as soon as possible after the Board or meeting has taken place.
a) A central copy of all Board papers and reports relating to the LSCB/LSAB and its Executive are held with the Board’s Co-ordinator for the agreed retention period.
b) A copy of all sub-group reports will be held with the groups’ co-chair for the agreed retention period.
Indemnity Insurance:
All Board members are covered by their organisation’s indemnity insurance, this is with the exception of lay members. Please note that whilst we value the opinions and professional judgements of our lay members they are exempt from taking any decisions arising from the Boards and its sub-groups.
